Meet Mark Cumming
As a Washington native who grew up in the Puget Sound area, Mark Cumming has always had a passion for building. He made tree forts as a boy and took classes in wood shop as a teenager, so becoming a general contractor was the natural next step. Mark founded Apex Homes in 2011 with the vision of putting his clients first—ensuring their needs and desires are the driving force behind any custom home build.
Mark’s dedication to embodying the principles of integrity and honesty, coupled with his decades of experience in the home building industry, makes Apex Homes the premier choice for any custom project. Mark takes pride in knowing that each and every Apex home meets his rigorous standards for quality. Throughout the building process, he constantly looks for opportunities to go above and beyond for his clients.
Mark’s commitment to his clients—and building beautiful Pacific Northwest homes they love—comes second only to his wife, Stephanie, and their family. He likes snowmobiling during the winter, and when the weather is nice, he makes sure to squeeze in backpacking trips, motorcycle rides, and a few rounds of golf. Mark and his family live in Edmonds, Wash.
